2009 - Named to National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-Midwest Region third team...recognized on the All-Missouri Valley Conference first team for the second straight year...also repeated on the All-MVC Scholar-Athlete first team...started all 24 games leading team in assists (8) and shots (55), while ranking second in points (18), shots on goal (19) and game-winners (2)...55 shots ranks as fifth-best single-season mark in school history...named to the Missouri Athletic Club’s Hermann Trophy Watch List, considered the highest individual honor in intercollegiate soccer. 2008 - Netted four goals and two assists, while starting all 19 games en route to earning first team All-MVC and second team NSCAA/adidas All-Midwest Region team accolades...excelled in the classroom as well, being tabbed to the NSCAA/adidas senior college men’s scholar all-America soccer and first team All-MVC Scholar-Athlete teams...recorded a team-best 42 shots, while ranking second in shots on goal (17)...ranked among MVC leaders in seven categories...netted game-winning goals in Drake’s 2-0 win over No. 24 Loyola and in a 3-1 victory at Wisconsin...also scored goals against UMKC and Western Illinois...collected assist on game-winner in 2-0 win over Milwaukee. 2007 - Fourth leading scorer on the team...notched five goals with three assists on 19 shots on goal...earned honorable mention All-MVC honors...started in 18 games played...scored the game-winning goal at Milwaukee. 2006 - Second-leading scorer with eight points...named to the MVC All-Freshman team...scored goals against UMKC and Evansville...scored game-winning goal against Oakland...played in all 19 matches, starting in 15. High School - Played for Lee’s Summit High School’s three district championship teams...earned all-Suburban Big Seven Conference honors as a sophomore and junior before being named the conference player of the year as a senior when he also got all-state plaudits.  Other - Led the K.C. Pace club team to the 2005 Missouri State Championship.  Personal - Born Aug. 12, 1987 in Overland Park, Kan....majoring in management and marketing...son of Paul and Diana Shrout.
