2013 Outdoor – Placed 12th in the conference meet in the hammer throw and 16th in the discus…personal best in the discus at the Iowa Musco Invitational which landed him a third place finish…personal best hammer throw placed him 14th at the Drake Relays…finished fourth in the discus at the Arkansas Spring Invitational ... 2013 Indoor – Ninth place finish at the MVC Indoor Championships in the weight throw, where he set a personal best...seventh place finish in the weight throw at the Iowa State Open.
2012 Outdoor — Placed 14th in the hammer in collegiate best 173-04 at the State Farm MVC Outdoor Championship...third in discus and fifth in hammer at Jim Duncan Invite...won the hammer throw at the Arkansas Invitational...2012 Indoor — 10th in weight throw in collegiate best 51-0.25 at the Jack Jennett Invitational and 10th at Iowa State Open...2011 Outdoor — Threw personal best 153-07 in hammer at MVC Championship placing 12th.
Prep — Placed eighth in discus at 2010 Iowa Class 3A state track meet competing for West Delaware High School...conference discus champion his senior year...named all-district in football in 2009...captain of the track and football teams as senior...selected as academic all-state for track and football...member of National Honor Society and named valedictorian of his class.
