Prior to Drake: Three-year varsity letterwinner for Poudre High School ... played outside linebacker and running back ... earned all-conference and all-state honors as a senior ... two-time second team academic all-state selection ... named team MVP following his senior year.

Personal: Born July, 2001 ... son of Jason Burkett and Trish Witulski ... has four siblings, Llayton, Brady, Silas and CJ ... chose Drake because he loved the love the university, the community, the education opportunity and the football program ...  majoring in entrepreneurial management and marketing.
