2025 Outdoor: Ran top times of 2:27.93 in Cyclone Twilight 800 and 5:17.60 in Wartburg Outdoor Select 1500.

2025 Indoor: Earned a pair of top three finishes at Bill Bergan Open with 3:23.69 1000 for second place and as a member of 4:40.73 4x400 team…posted top mile time of 5:42.02 at Cyclone Open…best 800 mark of 2:31.20 came at Iowa State Classic.

2024 Cross Country: Best 5k time of 20:55.1 earned 37th at Cyclone Preview…had top 6k time of 24:30.5 at Bradley Pink Classic.
