HENDERSON, Nev. – The Drake men's basketball team will compete in the Jack Jones Classic, taking on Nevada on Dec. 9 at the Dollar Loan Center in Henderson, Nev. The game will tip off at 4:30 p.m. PT (6:30 p.m. CT) with TV/streaming information announced at a later date.

The game is the second of a Saturday tripleheader at the Jack Jones Classic following the New Mexico-Santa Clara tilt. UNLV and Loyola Marymount will close out the day at the Dollar Loan Center. Tickets for the event go on sale on August 25 at www.thedollarloancenter.com and www.axs.com. One ticket covers admission for all three games.

Nevada led by head coach Steve Alford, is coming off a 22-11 season in which it qualified for the NCAA Tournament before falling to Arizona State in the First Four by a final score of 98-73.
