Drake’s final nonconference tournament is in Martin, Tenn., as the Bulldogs will have three matches at the Skyhawk Invitational hosted by UT Martin on Sept. 12-13. The Bulldogs will face UT Martin, Valparaiso and Western Carolina.
The Bulldogs host the Bradley Braves on Friday, Sept. 19 to start Missouri Valley Conference action. Drake has eight additional home MVC matches scheduled, with senior day set for Sunday, Nov. 16 against Illinois State at 2 p.m.
“I’m excited about our schedule, McBroom said. “I think it offers the right mix of challenges and opportunities for success for the young team that we are going to have. Our conference schedule is always tough and will remain so for the 2014 season. We are hopeful that our non-conference schedule will help put us in a good place to find success in the conference.”
