Drake Continues Successful Run At ITA All-American Championships
TULSA, Okla. - Senior James McKie (Edinburgh, Scotland) and junior Robin Goodman (Cambridge, England) each recorded second-round singles victories to highlight Drake's men's tennis efforts in the qualifying draw of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-American Championships on Tuesday (Oct. 2).
McKie continued his unblemished run at the championship outlasting Jason Tahir of Duke in three sets, 7-6 (4), 5-7, 6-3. McKie moves onto third-round play on Wednesday (Oct. 3) facing 52nd-rated Alexis Heugas of VCU.
