DES MOINES, Iowa - The Drake men's soccer team will continue its spring campaign this Saturday (April 14) as the Bulldogs travel to face Denver in a 6:00 p.m. tilt.

The showdown with the Pioneers as part of the Fourth Annual Soccer Saturday, will mark the fourth game on Drake's spring slate.

"It will be exciting for the boys to get the opportunity to play another quality opponent as well as spending the longest spring trip ever bonding on a bus," Bulldog head coach Sean Holmes commented.  "The team has made great progress since the fall and it will be exciting to see the culmination of their efforts rewarded by playing a Denver squad, who has made the NCAA Tournament in 2010."

Drake opens its 2012 season on Aug. 24 facing Cincinnati in St. Louis, Mo.
