The 18-team field includes: Akron, Bowling Green, Creighton, Drake, Eastern Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kent State, Loyola, Michigan State, Miami (OH), Northern Illinois, Purdue, TCU, Toledo, Wichita State and Wisconsin.

A LOOK BACK: Sophomore Connor Steele (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) carded a final-round 72 to pace Drake on the final day at the Arkansas State Red Wolf Intercollegiate on April 3 at the RidgePointe Country Club in Jonesboro, Ark.

Freshman Dane Worley (Cedar Rapids, Iowa) was unable to keep up his tournament pace in his final round, shooting a 78, to finish with a 54-hole total of 219 (70-71-78=219), earning a team-best 29th-place tie.

Redshirt freshman Devin Leland (Huxley, Iowa) and freshman Blake Huser (Altoona, Iowa) each registered scores of 75 in their final rounds to conclude tournament play with 54-hole totals of 223 (74-74-75=223/T-55th) and 232 (78-79-75=232/T-94th), respectively.

ROUNDING INTO FORM:  Drake has continued to elevate its game this spring under first-year head coach Matt Lewis. Every Bulldog has currently matched or bettered his yearly scoring average this spring with Dane Worley and Devin Leland leading the way at 75.0 per round.  As a team, Drake is averaging just over a 300 (300.7) average per round with the Bulldogs firing three of their top-five lowest rounds of the year, including a team-best 290 at the Jackrabbit Invitational.
