Saturday afternoon was busy for the Drake University football team as the program staged its annual team photo day and Youth Day at Drake Stadium.

The Bulldogs hit the turf at 11 a.m. for individual posed shots, position group photos and the 2014 team picture. Photo day also marked the first time the Bulldogs wore the new gray pants they'll be donning for the upcoming season.

Here are photos from the Bulldogs photo day.

Following photos, the squad hosted its annual Youth Day on the Drake Stadium turf. The entire roster put dozens of kids through their paces with tackling, defending, passing and receiving drills for more than an hour. The session ended with the always popular 'hammer hits' as the youths, with the encouragement of the team, put their best hit on a tackling dummy.

This year's Youth Day was done in coordination with All-Pro Dads, a unique program that strives to help fathers become passionate about their role in their family’s life. The organization's aim is to interlock the hearts of the fathers with their children and as a byproduct the hearts of the children with their dads. The organization has the backing of many NFL players, and is headed by former NFL head coach Tony Dungy.

Here are photos from today's Youth Day.
