The talk in recent in months around Drake football has focused on the historic Kilimanjaro Bowl trip from May, and rightfully so. Within the program, however, the focus has shifted to preparations for the 2011 season, which begins in just nine days when the Bulldogs report to campus for "Reunion Day."
Nearly 40 freshman are set to join the team for the first time that day as they continue the countdown to the Sept. 1 season opener at North Dakota.
Today head coach Chris Creighton talked about Reunion Day, youth camps, the season ahead and where he and his family went on vacation.
