Below you will find an application for media credentials for the 2013 Drake Relays, April 24-28 in Drake Stadium (linked).
The men's decathlon and the women's heptathlon will be held Wednesday and Thursday, April 24-25. The new Hy-Vee Road Race at the Drake Relays will be on Sunday, April 28 with start times TBD. Race distances are 6K, 10K and half-marathon with all races finishing on the blue oval.
PLEASE COMPLETE FORM NO LATER THAN APRIL 5 IF YOU ARE REQUESTING CREDENTIALS. NO REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED AFTER THAT DATE.
As in previous years, credentials will be issued following the NCAA guidelines for championship events and those priorities will be observed. All credentials must be picked up and signed for at the Drake Athletic Communications Office at 27th and Forest. They may be picked up during regular office hours (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) beginning Monday, April 22.
Credentials not picked up by noon Wednesday, April 24 may be picked up at the pressbox. On Thursday, April 25 (starting at 2 p.m.), Friday, April 26 or Saturday, April 27 credentials will be available at the Media Will-Call Tent located near the northeast entrance to the stadium, at 27th and Clark Streets.
NO CREDENTIALS FOR THE DRAKE RELAYS WILL BE MAILED.
Anyone requesting credentials must return the enclosed form to the Athletic Communications Office, even if you have previously made a request.
This form is the only official means of credentials request. You may call the Drake Athletic Communications Office starting Monday, April 8, for verification of your request. The telephone number is 515-271-3740.
