Women's Basketball Game Vs. Creighton Moved To Friday Night

DES MOINES, IOWA – Drake's home matchup with Creighton, originally scheduled to tip at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 28, has been moved to Friday, Feb. 26 at 7:30 p.m. Fox Sports Midwest will televise the game as part of the Missouri Valley Conference's Wildcard Weekend.

Using the Wildcard Weekend model, the league -- through its television partners Fox Sports Midwest, Fox College Sports, Comcast SportsNet Chicago and ESPN2 -- reserves clearance windows on February and March dates in the fall of each academic year and waits until the midpoint of both the men's and women's basketball seasons to determine its final regular-season telecasts for both genders.
